Selective obedience: buffet style Christianity
I recommend reading Mark Rathel’s commentary on the lesson, “Do you obey in faith?”. He does a good job of relating other scriptures to Abraham’s task to sacrifice Isaac, such as Heb. 11:19, and John 19:17.
